, Per Press Association. ■/-,., bCTSEDIN^August 19. : At a meeting of technical school managers to-day, the • directors stated : r.that, guarantee pupils were required: -toattend, two quarters and in many instances did" not do so. A monetary penaltywas provided for in the guarantee- '' Mr : W. ! Scott: said that he had hopes some.day of;:getting employers to make -'attendance- , at teclinical school part of apprenticeship. A committee was appointed to ascertain the ■Boards legal position and draw up a fonn of guarantee in distinct tains.
