Prince Albeit of Brunswick spoke on behalf ;of the Army and Navy. The.Kaiser, in reply, said: "Mr first and last thought is for my fighting "forces, oc kuad and sea. The Empire's constant endeavpur is' to find work for the alleviation of want and sickness. Mav* God grant; that war will not couk.
