Quebec, Sir Wilfrid Lauricr's first actable reverse among his own people since 1896. [The late Hon. Raymond Pivfon'taine was Minister for Marine and Fisheries in the Lanrier Ministry from 1902 till bis death. The reference to 1896 is the vear that Sir Wilfrid Laurier took office' as Premirr of Canada.]
