COURT OF APPEAL.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 23. The Appeal Court heard argument in the reserved case, the King v. Austin. The case was .heard before Mr Justice Denniston, accused being convicted of supplying a woman with drugs for an improper purpose. The question was whether the administration to a woman of a thing which was really harmless. though with the intention to procure miscarriage, wag an offence within the meaning of section 203 of the Criminal Code. judgment was reserved. • ' • _ .'.
