NAPIER, January 21. At the Hastings Magistrate's Court to--day Archibald Fairbnrn pleaded guilty and was committed for trial for the theft of a. horse, saddle and bridle from B. C. McCormick. The evidence showed that accused had hired the turnout on January Bth. bet had not returned them, having disposed of the horse to a Gisboma man, and the saddle and bridle in Hastings..
