Ho had soino slight campluint to make of the condition of tho workshops m one or two instances. So far the Commissioners have not unearthed anything approaching Bweating m its Usually accepted meaning, but their enquiries have gone if anything to prove tho contrary stato of things. What complaints they havo received have been rather m tho nature of trade grievances. At the conclusion of tho 3weating Commission hero the local commissioners from the four coutres will meet m Welliugton to discuss with the chairman the report to be presented to Government. Tho meeting is expected to take place next. week.
