ICE. | TO THE EDITOR O¥ THE TIMARD HERALD. Sib, — Can you inform me if ice is to be procured in any of the shopa in Timaru ? If not, might I suggest that lome of the fruiterers should keep it in stock, now that we have refrigerating works in our midst. It would I am sure be a boon to the people of Timaru, and I have no doubt a good trade would be done in it during the summer. j I am, &c, j Nobth Pom. [We understand arrangements havo been entered into with tho Freozinfr Company by one fruiterer to have a regular supply of ice always on hand at his shop. — Ed. T.ff.\
