PROPOSED HARBOR LOAN.
MEETING AT WAIMATE. (By Telegraph.) (from our own correspondent.) Waimatb, Oct. 24. At the Harbor Board loan meeting this i evening Mr A. Hayes was Chairman, and about fifty ratepayers were present. Questions were replied to by the Chairman and explanations given. Borne ratepayers spoke m favor of the loan and none against it, the tone of the meeting being all m favor of the Board's proposals.
