The election for Argyle, which took place yesterday, resulted m the return of Sir Henry Parkes. [Received 1 a.m., April 2nd. 1 1 The revenue returns for the_ quarter ' ended March 31st show the receipts to be £1,040,000, an increase over the corresponding quarter of 1884 of £142,000. The principal increase m the revenue is from lands and customs.
