Wool 'combe, laid, Rangitata Plains, to owner (objector allowed 21s expenses) j W. Snell, land, Rangitata Island, to owntrj H. Wright, Rangitata Island, assessment reduced from £35 to £30; BeT. D. Gordon, Trintee Presbyterian Church properly, reduced from 31a to 21a Or 16p. and tho mimes of D. Davjs for 4a Ir 24p and W. Sweet for 5a 2r Op substituted for the land deducted. Tho objections made by the following persons wero disallowed, a) they did net ap-pe.-.r: — Owen Carr, T. Dunn, A. Ensor, G. J. Kimher, W. McCully, A. Ormsby, W. H. Puddicombe. The Judge compliment-d Mr Geo. Dyson, the valuator, on the small number o£ errors made by him m compiling the roll.
