ISSUE OF SUMMONSES.
TO THE EDITOR OP THB TIMABIJ HBBALS. Sib—l wish to draw, through your paper, the attention of the Clerk of the Court at Temuky, to the great inconvenience that he causes to the public by no notice being placed outside the Court as to when summonses can be obtained. I have myself been four times from the Waitohi, and have not yet been able to find anyone in the office, and my case is only one among many. I think the public should have more consideration shown them than have to wait hours on the chance of seeing the Clerk of the Court. Apologisiug for troubling you in this matter, I am, &c, One of thb Public. Waitohi, Jan. 3rd, 1879.
