In a civil action, brought by Jayi a money lender, to recover £15,000 from Sir Taiton Sykes, on promissory notes alleged to have been signed by Sir Tatton Sykes, the jury found Sir Tattoo Sykes did not sign the notes, and gave a verdict in his favor. The documents were impounded.
