ACCIDENT ON THE BEACH BOARD.
A youth about 16 years of. ago, named Michael Conroy, sustaiuod such Bovcro injury by falling off a horso yestorday afternoon that ho had to bo romovod to tho Hospital. It appears ho was riding a horse belonging to a carter namod Clm Oolley, and when passing in front of tho Marino Hotel ho either pulled up suddenly or tho horso, which had been cantering, stopped of his own accord, Conroy was pitched forward over tho horse's hoad, and foil heavily to tho ground. Ho was picked up in a statu of insensibility, and was removed to tho Hospital in a cab. . By tho time ho roachod tho Hospital there was a largo protuboranco in tho rogion of tho left temple, but tho scalp was unbroken. Dr Fox was promptly in attendance, and tho youth having been placed in bed, was soon brought round to eonsoiousncss, aud after vomiting (a very good Bign undor tho circumstances) ho sank into a sound slcop. Tho doctor states that if tho skull has not sustained a fracturo there will bo no serious consequents, aud that ho will soon recover from tho cffcols of tho oon« cuosioni ;
