Morgan, Henry WaltersArthur Curtis, and other millionaires have formed a syndicate to build anAmerica Cup defender. Robert Emmons, of Boston, has been appointed managing director of tho new yacht.' It is understood that a second boat will also bo built and a series of trials will precede tho club’s final choice.
