“DUKE OF LANCASTER.”

NEW ROYAL TOAST. BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. —COPYRIGHT. LONDON, July 15. The King, in a letter thanking Lord Derby, tho Lord Lieutenant, for the arrangements for his tour in Lancashire, hoped that the visit would bring tho Sovereigns nearer tho hearts of the people and that they would ever regard tho title of Duke of Lancaster, of which he was the proud bearer, as a symbol of a real homely relation, strengthening the bonds between them and the Sovereign. He desired that when his health was hereafter drunk in Lancashire tho toast should bo "Tho Duke of Lancaster." Their Majesties visited Manchester, where twenty thousand children sang tho National Anthem. Mr. Samuel Itovso, the Mayor, was knighted. Tho Kiug and Queen have returned to London.
