A CONTRACT SIGNED. BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. —COPYRIGHT. LONDON, July 15. It is , stated that a contract of over £1,000,000 has been signed for the construction of a railway from Coolloonoy to tho proposed new harbour at Blacks6d Bay, in connection with the AllRed route, via Halifax.
