ARREST OF A BARON.
By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright ’(Received May 1, 11.20 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, April 30. Baron Biaping, a rich Lithuanian landlord, has been arrested at Warsaw on a charge of murdering Prince Lubecki, who was found dead in his grounds.
