Trevethic (Lower Hutt) W, Strang (Palmerston) being second. A BREAKING-UP CEREMONY. WELLINGTON, Dec. 19. The Governor addressed an immense gathering of children at Newtown Hall this morning. He spnkc of the immense social and educational advantage enjoyed by New Zealand children °ompared with those of any other narts of the world. A choir of three thousand children sang the National Anthem.
