AS SEEN BY A REPRESENTATIVE. Bv Electric Telegraph.— Copyright. NEW YORK, Oct. 26. Air. Martin Littleton, Democratic candidate for the United States Congress, is contesting the district in which Air. Roosevelt’s home at Oyster Bay is situated. He recited Roosevelt’s opinions of previous presidents, declaring that Air. Taft would doubtless take bis place in Roosevelt’s Hail of Infamy. But Roosevelt wanted to reign wherever lie might lie, and to exclude President Taft from the prerogatives attaching to the Presidential office.
