NEED FOR A NAVAL SPIRIT. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. ROCKHAMPTON, Oct. 20. Admiral Henderson, speaking at the Town Hall, said it was to sea power that Australia must look for protection. He trusted the people would support the Government in its policy, outside of party- politics altogether. As far as their financial ability- permitted, they should continue building up the Australian Navy. He wished to impress on public men, naval men, and others the necessity for imbuing the country with the naval spirit.
