CASES IN ENGLAND. By Electric Telegraph. —Copyright. LONDON, Oct. 26. Air. John Burns, President of the Local Government Board, announced that four deaths of suspected plague had occurred at Frcston, in Suffolk, lietweon September 16 and 29. There had been no cases since. A bacteriological examination showed that three dead rats and a bare were infected with plague. Stringent extermination of rats and Ollier precautions are being taken.
