Sir George Reid and several Agents-General were present. A resolution was carried aliinaing tho necessity of the mark and recommending that the Empire trade mark should be controlled by a council formed under Hie allspices of tile Empire League, associated with tho iiilicial representatives ef the overseas dominions and the various chambers of commerce.
