Vcnozclo, the Premier, speaking in the Assembly, said the principal duty of the Government was to bring to a satisfactory conclusion tho revision of the non-fundamental articles of tho constitution. The Government would develop its programme for the next elections, and the constituencies would decide whether they would invest tho Chamber with a mandate for its fulfilment. Meanwhile they would restore military discipline and employ force against reactionary movements on tho part of any political group whatever. Owing to tho absence of a quorum through tho supporters of M. Rail! and M. Mavromichaolis quitting the House when M. Veuczelo demanded a vote of confidence, M. Vonezolo threatens to resign. • ___
