CONCILIATORY MOVE BY HOLLAND.

By Electric Telegraph. — Copyright. THE HAGUE, Sept. 12. It is officially reported at the Hague that M. Dereus, Dutch Minister Resident at Caracas, has been honourably relieved of his duties and placed on the unattached list.

[The Venezuelan Government recently expelled tho Dutch Minister from Caracas, the president Being annoyed at articles written by the Minister in Dutch papers criticising the rule of the country. Holland has threatened war on Venezuela and has obtained the asquiescence of the United States to a blockade on Venezuelan ports ; but the present action looks like a conciliatory move.]
