A TOWN IN RUINS.
By Electric Telegraph.— Copyright. MEXICO, March 28. An oarthquake destroyed the town of Chilipa, MeJcico.^. The ruins aro still burning. The extent of tho catastrophe is unknown. - A cablegram mentions that there is a great panic. Three severe shocks were also experienced in Mexico City and the West Indies.
