ALLEGED MURDER.
CASE AGAINST CAROLINE PEYMAN. fPBB PBBSS ASSOCIATION.! WANOANur, October 7. — The case against Mrs . Peyman for the murder of Emily * Kate Spicer, through the performance of an operation to procure abortion, occupied the Supreme Court all this morning. It is expected to continue through to-morrow. Mr Fitzherbert appears for the Crown, and Mr David Hogg for the prisoner. The examination in chief is a recapitulation of the evidence adduced at the coronial enquiry. - mtmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
