TARANAKI COUNTY COUNCIL ELECTION.
The following are the names of the candidates who have been nominated for the several ridings in the County of Taranaki: — Moa Riding. — Ralph Collins, Edward Hornsby Gibbon, Henry King, Henry William Marsh, Edward Olson, Richard Price. Waitaba Riding. — Thomas Bayly, Charles Maxwell Lepper, Samuel Rundle. Omata Riding. — George Alfred Adlam, William Hughes, Adolphus Kyngdon. Pabihaka Riding. — William Bayly, Hipton Thomas Strauchan, William Neilson Syme, William James Wells. The polling will take place on Wednesday, November 12, at the various places hereunder named :—: — Moa Riding. — At the Institute, Inglewood ; Mr Therkilston's store, Tariki Road ; schoolhouse, Kent Road. Waitara Riding. — Town Hall, Waitara ; Salvation Army Hall, Lepperton ; Mr H. Rattenbury's residence, Bell Block ; Mr J. Kibby's residence, Fitzroy. Omata Riding.— At the 6choolhouses at Omata and Oakura ; and Council office, New Plymouth. Parihaka Riding. — Road Board office, Rahotu ; Mr Moore's office, Opunake ; schoolhouse, Okato.
