Thursday, July 15. — The House met at 2.30 p.m. Sir Robert Stout gave notice of the introduction of the Representation A3t, 1886. Sir George Grey gave notice to ask the Premier whether he would cause proceedings to be taken in reference to an ofl'er by Mr. Sloe of agency fees to member or members of tho House if they would effect the sale of the Waimate railway debentures to tho Government on favourable terms.
