NELSON.
T. R. Fisher, merchant, has recently made an assignment. The provisional trustees' statement shows liabilities, £30,269; assets, £35,743. But the latter estimate is not likely to be realised. There was no opposition offered at tbe Licensing Court on Tuesday. All the licenses were granted. The s.s. 'Tararna' brings tbe Bishop of Nelson as a passenger.
