THE EXHIBITION.
CHRISTCIIUUCII. July 22. The chairman of the Executive Commissioners of the Sew Zealnd lati.rnntional Exhibition has received a cablegram from the Minister for Agri culture, Ottawa, Canada, dated 21st inst., advising him that the first sec lion of the Canadian exhibits is being 'despatched from Vancouver today, and that, the balance is following by next steamer. These exhibit's comprise displays from sixty of the principal manufacturers of the Dominion, and a Canadian Government 'xhibit- commissioner (Mr Burns-) and part of the staff sail from San Fran'iseo on the 2nd proximo.
.Mr Munro leaves Dunedin this morning and will attend the Hon. \\. llallJones, the Premier, at the conference with the Union Company and liiuldart Parker and Co., to be held al Dunedin on Monday afternoon, for the purpose of concluding arrangements for special steamer services and reduct'd fares Ix'twcen the Convinonwenlth porta and Lytlellon, and also on the coasts of the colony during the progress of the. Exhibition.
