Londoh, Nov. 29. Intelligence received at Sofia states that desperate fighting has taken plac.at Pirot, during the last two days, between the Bulgarian and Servian troops. A despatch from Widdin announces that the Bulgarians made a sortie upon the Servians encamped in the neighborhood, bat were repulsed. Austria has made threats ot war unless an armistice is arrangedi between Bulgaria and Servia, Dec. 1. The conference at Constantinople on the Roumelian question has adjourned without arriving at any decision. Vienna, Dec, 1. It is considered doubtful whether an armistice between Bulgaria and Servia will take place, as Prince Alexander demands not only an indemnity, but the Bulgarian occupation of Pirot and Zatchar as a guarantee of its due payment. Constantinople, Dec. 1. His Imperial Majesty the Sultan has proclaimed an amnesty to all his Roumelian subjects who took part in the late Bulgarian revolution.
