melting moments. ■\ (Sent by Jessie Putt). Two oz icing sugar, Boz butter, Soz flour (or more), 2oz cornflour, % teaspoon baking powder. Cream butter and sugar, add sifted flour, etc. A little more flour may be needed if butter is soft. Force on to a cold tray and bake till pale brown in a moderate oven. Join together with icing made as follows: Beat together loz butter, 1 tablespoon hot water and enough sifted icing sugar to form a creamy paste. Flavour with vanilla.
