When Patrick Thomas Syron, found guilty of negligently driving a car so as to cause the death of Norman Alexander Anderson, appeared for sentence counsel said Syron had been greatly influenced after the accident by a passenger in the car. syron had been persuaded to adopt the course he did by another.
