EUCHRE AT KAIMATA
RUGBY MATCH WITH RATAPIKO. There was a good attendance at the second- fortnightly euchre party field in the Kaimata hall on Friday -evening, 15 tables being in play. Prize winners were Mrs. J. Moratti, Mrs. L. Wilson, and Miss E. Klenner and Miss C. Harnett (consolation), and Mr. F. Moratti, Mr. L. Burkett' and Mr. J. Moratti, and Mr. J. Bilski (consolation). The Kaimata football team played a friendly game with Ratapiko during the week-end. Neither team was up to full strength, but the game was a good one. Ratapiko won by nine points to three. , Personal Items. Mrs. Haigh, Kaimata Road north, has returned from a holiday at Stratford. Mr. Loveridge, Kaimata Road north, is indisposed. V; Mullon spent the week-end at Makahu. Mr. H. Hunt, Mangaone Road, who is an inmate of the New Plymouth Hospital, is progressing favourably after an operation.
