BRILLIANT EVENTS
OPENING OF THE LONDON SEASON. ROYAL TOURNAMENT AT OLYMPIA. (British Official Wireless). Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, April 30. The London season which opened at the beginning of this week will contain an exceptional number of social and spectacular events. One of the earliest and most popular annual items is the royal tournament at Olympia, when a brilliant entertainment is invariably provided by contingents from the Navy, Army and Air Force. It will begin on May 9, when the Prince of Wales will deputise for the King at the opening ceremony.
