PASSAGE OF INDIA REFORM BILL. FOUR SITTINGS IN COMMITTEE. British Wireless. Rugby, April 8. Every effort is being made by the Government to effect the passage of the Government of, India Bill through the House of Commons before Whitsuntide. Four sittings are being reserved for consideration of the Bill in committee this week. f) Next week the Commons will be engaged on the opening stage of the Budget and the India Bill will not again be before the House until after the Easter recess, when there will still remain nine of the 30, days allotted for the committee stage of the measure.
