BRIDGE EVENING
Y.W.C.A. HOLDS GATHERING. At a successful evening arranged by the New Plymouth Y.W.C.A. membership committee on Monday 22 tables were in play. The hall was decorated withered dahlias and greenery by the committee comprising Mesdames C. G. Bottrill (chairman), D. Menzies, T. Innes, Henry, L. Ivill, E. Smith and R. Morey. Prizes were won by Miss R. Smith (highest score) and Mrs. Dalrymple (hidden number). As a result of the drive the funds will benefit to the extent of £4 Ils 6d.
