MAHOE HOCKEY CLUB
CREDIT BALANCE FOR THE YEAR.
The annual meeting of the Mahoe Hockey .Club was held on Friday. The balance-sheet showed a profit of £2 19s 6d. The election of officers resulted as follows: Patron, Mr. W. McAloon; president, Mr. J. Ward; . vice-presidents, Messrs. H. Mellow, E. Cave and W. Tobeck; chairman, Mr. B. Wilson; deputychairman, Mr. M. Steiner; secretary, Mr. R. Jones; auditor, Mr. C. A. Ricketts; club captain, Mr. B. Wilson; vice-captain, Mr. G. Tobeck; selectors, Messrs. R. Jones and B. Wilson.
The subscription for this season, was fixed at ss.
Rain Spoils Tennis. During the week-end, members of the Rawhitiroa Tennis Club visited Mahoe and played a friendly match. Owing to rain setting in shortly after the commencement of the match it had to be postponed, (
