Brewer’s Waikare property, went pig shooting with a rifle on Thursday afternoon. He was not missed until early this morning. and a search resulted in the discovery of the body a mile from the homestead. When the body was found his dogs, were keeping watch, and there was a Polled Angus bull in the vicinity. The theory is that Tremaine may have lost his footing with the result that the rifle was discharged. His mother lives at Wanganui.
