An insect enemy of the white butterfly liberated in the 1933-34 season in Hawke’s Bay is now present in goodly numbers in many parts of Wairarapa, having found its own way there. Observations indicate that white butterflies on the whole have been less ni merous in Wairarapa this season, and that the numbers have dwindled notably since the present season opened. Further supplies of the parasite are to be liberated in the district.
