POSTPONEMENT FOR HAUPTMANN, HIGHER COURT REVIEW GRANTED. By- Telegraph—Press Assn.—CopyrightNew York, Feb. 19. The New Jersey State Chancellor granted Bernard Richard Hauptmann, found guilty of thb murder of the Lindbergh baby, a writ of error providing for a higher court review of the death sentence, thus automatically postponing the execution until September dr October.
