GRAVE MORAL EFFECT
DECISION IN GOLD CLAUSE CASE. RIGHT OF REDRESS DENIED. By Telegraph—Frew Aaatt.—Copyright. Tucson (Arlidna), Feb. 21. IMW Herbert Hoover broke his long political silence to-day by commenting on the Supreme Court decision on the gold clause. He urged an irpmediate return to the gold standard on. the present devalued basis Of 59 cents, with dollars “convertible into bullion.” Mr. Hoover predicted ■ that the denial M Government bondholders of redress to the courts would have “grave moral consequences.” ' .
