RESIDENT OF TOWN SINCE 1859. KNOWN ALT, OVER DOMINION. By Telegraph-Pres« Ateclation. Nelson, Last Night. The death has occurred of Mrs. Sam'; uel Gorman, a resident ef Nelson since 1859. She afrived with heir patents, the late Mr. Robert and Mrs. Lucas in the ship Quefen of Avon. She married Samuel Gorman, who had cbmO out to New Zealand to represent Nobel’s Explosives Company, flow I.C.L In her earlier days she travelled much with hfer husbfend and was well known in many parts of New Zealand.
