FINE MILE AT NEW PLYMOUTH. BLACK WINS 300 YARDS EVENT. The weekly meeting of the New Plymouth Amateur Athletic and Cycling Club was held on the Pukekura Park sportsground last night. Owing to many members being at the military camp the fields were not as good as usual. The mile flat provided a great contest, a yard separating the first four men.
