5000 SAILORS AND 128 PLANES. EXHIBITION OF EFFICIENCY. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Tokio, Jan. 17. Five thousand blue jackets to-morrow will carry out at the Yokosuka naval base the first shoreside parade. It will be four miles long. One hundred and twenty-eight of the navy’s most modem aeroplanes from three air corps will cross Tokio Bay and converge over Yokosuka, where Admiral Nobumaha Sutsugu will inspect and watch a special exhibition of the machines and the personnel’s efficiency.
