IMPERIAL AIR MAIL
FIRST FLIGHT NEXT MONTH. LETTERS FROM NEW ZEALAND. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. A total of 1387 letters for transit by the first flight of the Australia-Singapore-England air mail service to be inaugurated at Brisbane on December 10 had been received from various parts of the Dominion at the chief post office at Auckland up to 5 p.m. to-day. Of this number 1274 are for the United Kingdom and 113 for other places. The mail will close at 3 p.m. to-morrow and will be sent to Australia by the Monterey.
