N.Z. CYCLING FEDERATION. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. The New Zealand Cycling Federation to-night received official recognition from the Union Cycliste Internationale (Paris), the world controlling bqdy. _ The federation elected Mr. W. J- Walter chairman hi succession to Mr. J. Kennedy.
