SUPPLY FOR NELSON DISTRICT.
NATURE PROVIDES SUITABLE SITE.

Nelson, Last Night
A new, up-to-date hydro-electric power station, capable of running for long periods with but intermittent attention, and supplying Riwaka, Motueka, Tasman and Lower Moutere was officially opened at Brooklyn Valley on Saturday afternoon by Mr. Herbert Everett, chairman of the Waimea Power Board. Nature provided a very suitable site for the plant with a fall of B'4o feet to the station.
