Mr. Piddipgton, for Kisch, asserted that the Gaelic language in which a dictation test was given Kisch was absolutely false in law, on the ground that it was not a European language but a remnant of & language, and that the man who administered the test did not know the language. The case concerning Kisch was adjourned till to-morrow.
