OKOARI GOLF CLUB
CARD EVENING BENEFITS FUNDS. Another successful flag five hundred evening in aid of the funds of the Okoari Golf Club was given on Saturday night by Mr. and Mrs. Janies Lobb, Westown. Eighteen tables were present, Mr. L. Honeyfield acting as supervisor. The winning table comprised Mesdames Harold and Hugh Rowe and Mr. and Mrs. C. Ward. A competition for a cake was won by Mr. W. Woods. The evening, which was the second given by Mr. and Mrs. Lobb, resulted in the funds benefiting to the extent of £5 4s.
